Our Construction cleans offer 3 unique phases; Phase 1: Drywall/ Pre painter Clean Ericka Cleans will enter your construction site and Remove any and all debris. Shop-vac all cabinetry, electrical outlets, walls and floors. Shop-vac and scrub all windows inside and out as well as polish and add window cleaner Phase 2: Pre Carpet Clean  The day before carpet is being installed Ericka Cleans will enter your space and Remove any and all debris Sweep and vacuum all floors Dry dust all walls and surfaces Phase 3: Final Clean After all your construction on your space is complete Ericka Cleans will enter your space and complete clean from top to bottom, top floor all the way to the basement. We will remove any and all debris We will shop vac all cabinetry and any loose sawdust/ drywall dust We will scrape and clean windows inside and out as well as polish We will wipe and disinfect all surfaces We will dry dust all walls We will do complete bathroom and kitchen cleans We will vacuum and sweep all floors We will mop all floors We will shop vac all vents We will pressure wash garage and walk way.
